Instead of using standard 90mm timber framing like everyone else, we utilise 140mm frames. This means a 140% increase in strength for wind loading and 55% increase for axial loading. As well as the additional strength, the increased cavity size allows thicker wall insulation, up to R4.3 which is more than double the building code.
