Say goodbye to overheating in summer and cold dark spaces in winter. Each Niche home has been meticulously analysed and modelled by a specialist to ensure optimum comfort all year round while minimising heating and cooling costs through better design.

Instead of using standard 90mm timber framing like everyone else, we utilise 140mm frames. This means a 140% increase in strength for wind loading and 55% increase for axial loading. As well as the additional strength, the increased cavity size allows thicker wall insulation, up to R4.3 which is more than double the building code.

Each townhouse is pre-wired for solar and pre-wired for EV chargers, so you have the flexibility to install later with minimal costs. We can also install both solar and EV charging for you during the build as an optional extra.
